Dear Jeremy

It is traditional for BNI members to reinforce their own company reputations before declaring their intent to only use other quality companies for their products and services and I feel a bit of a fraud starting this letter in the usual BNI way. Whilst I am sure you would agree that both of our companies do deserve the excellent reputations that we both have, I'm sure neither of our businesses wish to draw attention to our mutual relationship with a sinking, rusting Peugeot 106!

However, having been the owner of the afore mentioned vehicle I would like to take this opportunity to say a public thank you for the sterling work you completed on my behalf selling the car! Your attention to detail and fulfillment of the commitments you made to me made your services stand out as amongst the best I have seen in any business sector.

I appreciate that buying and selling vehicles is 'what you do', but as you say in your 60 seconds each week you provide 'Top Cars for Local Stars!' and do not normally get involved in the disposal of vehicles such as mine.

Without hesitation I will recommend your services at every opportunity and hope that one day I will be able to ask you to source a much more prestigious car for me than a Peugeot 106!
